A1: View the search menu on the left of the page, insert the dates of check-in and check-out and select the option "Show only available hotels".

Q2: How can I sort the listing of hotels by price, popularity or class?

A2: All you need to do is view the selection box in the upper left corner of the page.

Q3: How can I search for hotels which offer some particular facilities, such as, for example, a restaurant?

A3: Go to the search task bar on the left and click on "Show advanced options". Then refine your search by selecting specific facilities.

Q4: How can I search for hotels with family rooms?

A4: Again, use the search task bar on the left and the link "Show advanced options", and specify your search using the keyword "family rooms". However, please bear in mind that the family rooms may not be available for the period you would like to stay.

Q5: Will I receive the contact details of the hotel?

A5: Yes, the address is placed on the overview page. You will receive further details in the confirmation letter.

Q6: Can you show me the way to the hotel?

A6: Yes, in the lower part of the hotel's overview page you will find travel details and directions; an extensive map of the surrounding area is placed on the top left.

Q7: Are Double and Twin rooms one and the same thing?

A7: No, Double rooms feature one double bed and Twin rooms have two singles.

Q8: In case I am traveling with two small children, is it possible to get two extra beds in the room?

A16: The details about your credit card which we receive from you are sent directly to the hotel you have chosen. This has nothing to do with the cost of your stay, which you will pay when you arrive at the hotel. The information will be used only if you do not cancel your reservation on time, or you do no show up at all ? in most hotels you will be charged for just one night.

Q17: Do I have to pay any deposit?

A17: No, unless it is clearly stated in the overview page of the selected hotel. Please note that some hotels may perform a validity check on your credit card.
